5.2 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as spell oils and others products, cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

Custom-made or personalized jewelry items are also non-returnable unless defective.

5.3 Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days upon receiving and inspecting the returned items.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us directly. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
